We want to thank you for your application and your interest in becoming a Friend of Groasis. We hope you have found all the information you need on our investing platform to make a good and well-considered decision to participate. To continue your application, we have to follow a number of steps which are explained below.
1. Please send us a copy of your passport (your full name, citizen service number, passport-identity card number, date of birth and place of birth need to be visible). If you want to become a shareholder with your company, we also need valid documents of the Chamber of Commerce or otherwise similar documents which shows, the name of the person(s) who is/are allowed to sign for the company.
2. After we receive your passport (and the valid documents of the Chamber of Commerce), you will receive the following documents:
- Draft transfer of shares Friends of Groasis B.V. with the chosen shares and value of the shares;
- Power of Attorney which is needed to empower our civil-law notary Mr. E.P.B. ten Brinke of Ligne Notarissen to sign the draft transfer of shares of Friends of Groasis B.V.;
- Purchase Agreement;
- Purchase Order Confirmation with the values of the share(s) including the processing and notary fees;
- Approval form privacy law;
- Terms and Conditions of Friends of Groasis B.V.
If you have chosen to pay with automatic collection of the partial payments, you will also receive:
- Power of Attorney for automatic collection of the payment in instalments.
3. After the first partial payment or complete payment, you will receive the final invoice.
4. When the full amount has been paid – including the processing and notary fees – you will receive the signed and stamped ‘Transfer of Shares of Friends of Groasis B.V.’ from our civil-law notary Mr. E.P.B. ten Brinke of Ligne Notarissen by mail.
Due to the adjusted EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our respect for your documents, we kindly ask you to send your private documents to notary.docs@groasis.com.
